My photographic journey started many years ago when my Father gave me his treasured Asahi Pentax Spotmatic, with a beautiful Pentax 50mm f/1.4 lens.
From an early age I’ve had a love of telling stories. As well as writing, I feel that documentary photography, allows me to capture and re-tell a story from my perspective.
Creatively documenting your day as it happens, without interrupting the flow of the celebration. My approach is candid and the goal being to let the day unfold naturally with as little direction from me as possible.
Your photos will be an imaginative interpretation of the days events and a collection of un-posed artistic portraits, letting you relive all the happy memories of your special day, for years to come.
To me staged photography just doesn’t capture the essence of your event, so I take very few formal photos, with almost no posed group compositions.
